At UKPetHaven we are committed to delivering your pet accessories as quickly and safely as possible. We understand how excited you and your pet are to receive your order and we work hard to make every delivery a smooth and enjoyable experience.
WHERE WE SHIP
UKPetHaven proudly ships to the United Kingdom and internationally to over 50 countries worldwide. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.
UK SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping — FREE on orders over £30 Delivery time: 4-9 business days
Standard Shipping — £3.99 on orders under £30 Delivery time: 4-9 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Standard Shipping — £12.99 Delivery time: 10-20 business days
Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your country's customs procedures and local postal services.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking information.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email sent to your registered email address. This email will contain your unique tracking number which you can use to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your dispatch confirmation email has been sent. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order please contact our customer care team at customercare@ukpethaven.com
FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY
Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all UK orders with a total value of £30 or more after any discounts have been applied. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and does not include international shipping.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders customs fees import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and the value of your order. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by UKPetHaven. We strongly recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an international order to avoid any unexpected charges upon delivery.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us immediately at customercare@ukpethaven.com. Our customer care team will investigate your order status within 24 hours and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If your order is confirmed as lost we will either send a replacement order or issue a full refund at your discretion.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your full and correct shipping address is entered at the time of placing your order. UKPetHaven cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at customercare@ukpethaven.com before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it to a different address.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@ukpethaven.com with your order number a clear photograph of the damaged item and a brief description of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. Your pet's happiness is our top priority and we will always make things right!

All UKPetHaven orders are carefully packaged to ensure your pet accessories arrive in perfect condition. We use secure packaging materials to protect your items throughout their journey to you.
